I’ve always wanted to try to make chocolate mousse. I’ve not attempted to try but I found this recipe online and I will definitely give it a try this winter break. But if you’ve made it or are willing to make it. Let me know how it goes and what helped, as well as what didn’t of this recipe.

This is the first recipe I find that actually has soft and chewy in the title. All the other recipes I’ve tried are only soft and chewy for the first 5 minutes but I will definitely bake these cookie recipe. Hopefully it turns out as well as they say. Wish me luck!

Deep Dark Chocolate Cake:

The name of this cake, by itself, sounds super chocolaty. And the picture in the recipe looks extra dark. I wonder if it’s as delicious as it sounds. Does anyone want to give it a try and let me know how it tastes? Unfortunately my family is not a chocolate lover like me and a deep dark chocolate cake will be too much for me to finish by myself.

We have a family recipe for oatmeal and raisin cookies, now that I came across this recipe, I will be adding chocolate to those cookies. Hopefully I don’t get any negative comments from family members. But hey, it’ll be the holidays. They can suffer for a little while with all my chocolate baking. Hope you
